Uninstall Mac apps completely.
Drop an app on NoseSweep. It finds the files the app scattered across your Mac — preferences, caches, helpers, launch agents — and moves everything to the Trash. Nothing is ever deleted for good.

What it does
Finds what others miss
Extensions, widgets, helpers, system-wide launch daemons and per-component preferences — matched by name, never touching another app’s data.
Mac App Store apps too
Apps owned by the system are removed with macOS’s own administrator prompt. NoseSweep never sees your password.
Orphaned files
Find leftovers of apps you already deleted. Nothing is preselected — you decide, item by item.
See what you free
The app and its leftovers are listed separately with sizes, so you know exactly how much space you get back.
Always recoverable
Everything goes to the Trash. Changed your mind? Put it back.
Private by design
No accounts, no analytics, no tracking. It works on your Mac and talks to the network only to check your license and for updates.
How it works
- Pick an app from the list, or drag it in from the Finder.
- Review the files NoseSweep found. Weak matches stay unchecked.
- Press Remove. Everything moves to the Trash.
Pricing

Questions
Does it ask for my password?
Only when an app is owned by the system (for example from the Mac App Store). macOS shows its own prompt; NoseSweep never sees or stores your password.
Is anything deleted permanently?
No. Everything is moved to the Trash, where you can restore it.
Why Full Disk Access?
It is optional. Without it, a few protected folders can’t be read, and NoseSweep tells you which.
Which languages?
Italian, English, French, German and Spanish.
